Existing active customers of FMI who have purchased the product are welcome to use the "Customers FTP" and download any of the files there that might be of assistance.

Send an e-mail to admin@AmericanBusVideo.com from your school server to obtain login & password for viewer program software.

We will need the following to validate your request:
School District Name
Complete shipping address
Phone number
Name of primary contact

Once received and verified, you will be provided via e-mail a user ID and password to activate the software.
